Drawing from over 25+ years of experience across diverse industries such as  Oil & Gas, Utilities, Retail, Hospitality, and Healthcare, plus a B.S. in Psychology and a certification in Change Management, 

my approach offers a unique, holistic perspective to career and personal financial transformation.

 

My own career journey has been a series of intriguing twists and turns, providing me with invaluable insight into the challenges and triumphs of career transitions. I started by working at a psychiatric hospital, utilizing my psychology background, only to realize it wasn't the right fit for me.  My journey continued with managing a family-owned hotel, but still, something felt amiss. ​

 

Fate brought me to the world of Oil & Gas, where I enjoyed a successful career, working on exciting projects alongside some amazing and talented professionals. Despite the financial rewards and accolades, I discovered my true passion lay in assisting individuals (on the side), witnessing their remarkable transformations, and contributing to their successes. That was the moment of clarity that shaped my path forward. ​

 

Coaching began by accident in the late 90's.  I happened to be helping a few of my colleagues in my spare time, and all of them found the knowledge they gained to be very valuable. Over the years, they have continued to use the skills they learned while working with me, relying on my expertise to navigate the dynamic changes in networking and recruitment methods on professional platforms and social media, while advancing in their respective careers.  Thus, Reboot My Career was born. ​

 

Now I am a passionate Career and Personal Finance Coach, who is dedicated to guiding individuals on the path to professional and financial success.  I can truly say, I get it because I have been in your shoes. 

 

My approach is very holistic.  By that I mean I take both career and finances into consideration because your career impacts your finances and sometimes your finances impact your career choice.  I differ from other coaches because I understand the uncertainties, challenges, and aspirations that come with forging a fulfilling career.  That is why I bring a deep sense of empathy and relatability to my coaching process, connecting with my clients on a personal level to help them discover their true calling.  I value the uniqueness of each of my clients, recognizing that while they may encounter similar obstacles and successes, every individual is unique and so my approach is personalized to your needs and goals.
